About Us

We started J Ross Properties in 2009. Initially, Zach and Bryan Cohen founded “Cohen and Cohen Properties” in 2009. Over the next few years, this father/son team grew and began forming partnerships with several Atlanta based investors. In 2013, we changed company names to “J Ross Properties” due to the recent growth and partnerships. As our business grew, we’ve made sure to maintain a personable small business atmosphere. We aim to provide a pleasant customer experience and positively impact our community.

Zach Cohen is the sales agent, property manager, and the main contact for J Ross Properties. He went to Appalachian State University for his undergraduate degree, and University of Georgia for a Master’s in Business Administration. His energy, motivation, and intelligence has allowed him to find a niche and perform in the Atlanta real estate market.

Bryan Cohen has 20+ years of experience with Touchstone Homes, America’s Best Builder in 2007. He currently holds the broker’s license for J Ross Properties. Bryan got his undergraduate from University of Oregon and masters in real estate finance from Georgia State University. His knowledge and experience helps J Ross Properties be a well-balanced company.
