Rental Application
To submit an application, follow the steps below…
- Click the link to the right to download an application Rental Application
- Fill out the application and provide a copy of your driver’s license or government issued ID. Also include copies of your 3 most recent consecutive pay stubs if possible. Scan/email all documents to [email protected]
- Click on the PayPal icon below and pay the $55 (per adult ) non-refundable fee. Your application will not be processed until the payment goes through.
It typically takes 2-5 days to process an application. Once approved the next step is to sign a lease and pay one month’s rent/deposit to reserve the property. We’ll schedule a time to meet you at the property, perform a walk-through inspection, and provide keys. Please let us know if you have any questions about this process.
